2011 Wells BayState "Ditson" The Bay State Ditson model is a faithful re-creation of the early 12 fret to the body Dreadnaught guitars designed by C.F. Martin for the Ditson company. Although not an original Bay State creation the model is so closely linked to those of the early 20th century that it had to be reproduced as part of the current Bay State lineup. Just strung up for the first time a week ago. Local singer/songwriter Kiley Evans and her dad Brian Evans both own and perform using their Bay State Ditsons. You can view Kiley's hit release of "Johnny Depp" (playing her Ditson) at the bottom of this page. |
